Transform Sleepless Nights Into Peaceful Rest

A gentle, evidence-based sleep training program that helps your baby develop the lifelong skill of independent sleep — while you reclaim your rest, your evenings, and yourself.

My Journey — From Sleepless Nights to Consistent Routines

As a mom of two girls — Dhruva (4.5 years) and Raha (1 year) — I’ve learned one powerful truth: Consistency is the key that turns chaos into calm.

With Dhruva: The Foundation

When my first daughter Dhruva was born, I followed a routine right from day one. She quickly understood day vs night, and when I officially started sleep training at 7 months, it went smoothly.

It wasn’t luck. It was work — consistent, intentional work.

With Raha: The Challenge

At 3 months, Raha was diagnosed with VUR (Vesicoureteral Reflux). Sleep training took a back seat. I comforted her, rocked her, fed on demand, and stayed awake through endless tears.

Those months were exhausting — and honestly, the hardest phase of my life.

The Transformation

Once Raha recovered, I restarted her sleep journey with the same consistency that helped Dhruva years ago.

Today, both my girls are peaceful sleepers. Parenting isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up consistently.

That’s why I created this program — for mothers who want to give their baby the gift of a lifelong skill that supports calm, confidence, and emotional regulation.
